5 Simple Ways to Boost Your Health Fast

Want to feel better, boost your energy, and improve your overall health fast? Then follow these 5 simple steps:

1. Get enough sleep. Most people need at least 7 or 8 hours of quality sleep in order to feel good and have optimal health.

2. Drink enough water. Drink at least 60-70 ounces of water per day. You’ll feel much better and your body will be able to cleanse and “detoxify” itself more efficiently.

3. Avoid refined sugars and flours. Avoid processed, refined, “white” sugars and flours at all costs. You’ll have more stable blood sugar, insulin, and energy levels. You’ll stop gaining weight and probably start losing body fat. And you’ll avoid LOTS of serious health problems in the future.

4. Do some light exercise every morning. Do 10 – 30 minutes of light exercise first thing every morning, preferably outdoors in order to get some sunlight exposure. This is great for jump starting your energy for the rest of the day. And just a small amount of exercise can greatly improve your health and fitness levels!

5. Eat quality foods. Don’t worry about “dieting”… just eat plenty of quality foods. These are mainly lean proteins, healthy fats, and good carbohydrates. Focus your meals around meat or other quality protein, vegetables, beans, nuts, seeds, and raw fruit.
